SHINE A LIGHT

right now: friday, january 25, 2008. 12:06pm.
its wet. but not rainy outside.
it will rain again later
that means i wont be able to ride.
ill ride
just not a real ride.
recently i discovered i think out loud

more often than not
my thoughts are never left unsaid
whether typed or written or drawn or blurted out
its good and bad
bad because i interrupt a lot.
i have a system though
in my head i feel like it never really is that bad because it is always something i must say right then! and if it isn't said right then it will never be said
and then i let whoever i interrupted go on with what they were saying
i try and do it quickly so it doesn't completely ruin the conversation or cause them to lose their train of thought or flow of words

a couple things everyone MUST see, well if only one it must be this..
There Will Be Blood
is one of the best movies i have seen in a long time besides National Treasure 2 and as i mentioned before No Country For Old Men. Anyways this movie is ridiculously good from the cinematography to the soundtrack to the plot to the acting which is truly truly amazing. What really makes this movie great is its... how do you say... Kubrickesque or Sofiacoppolaesque ( ha you like that?) nature in its lack of dialog throughout and the bulk of the story is displayed through the images. I mean Daniel Day Lewis and the kid from Little Miss Sunshine ( both of which performances are incredible) are the only two who really speak all that much throughout the film. AND Jonny Greenwood of Radiohead did the entire soundtrack which plays as a huge factor in this film. go see it

FIRST OFF


its been a while since any posts have been made. its been a crazy month just jettin back and forth between LA and SD and OC and VC. (how gay was that whole line of abbreviations, but for reals i was everywhere). Came up on some sick shit and been riding a lot with my buddy lane. here is some jazz from my new cam. lots more too come too. headin up to the mountains. shud be excellent after all that bullshit rain.
